• Computer Skills: By sending me all those bits of paper you've got laying around, I can maintain your contact list, help keep track of your inventory, organize receipts for your accountant, scan slides to create digital images, or help get your newsletter out on a regular basis. I'm experienced in many major applications, such as Word, ACT! and Excel.
• Organization Skills: I have a strong background in organizing projects and can help keep things running smoothly, whether you need electricity for your show booth, or someone to help coordinate shipments.
• Research and Communication Skills: I can help research appropriate galleries for your art, and customize packages for each gallery.
• Grants and Fellowships: Let me find grants and fellowships for you. I can even fill out most of the application and send slides and other materials. You write the essay and I'll clean it up for grammar and punctuation.
• Internet Skills: If you're looking for a gatekeeper, one way is to have an assistant monitor e-mail for you. I also have excellent Internet search techniques. If it's out there, I'll find it for you.
• Webmaster: I can maintain your website in FrontPage, Dreamweaver, or Windows Notepad. Your website can be kept updated with new pieces, show information, gallery openings, or lecture dates. • eBay Auctions: If you're thinking about selling your art on eBay, I can create and upload your auctions for you. I've sold many personal items on eBay and know what it takes to get your auction noticed.
• Travel Agent: Whether you need hotel reservations for a show, or want to take off and go away for a week, just provide me with the specifics and I'll take care of it. Because of first-hand experience, I'd love to help plan your Disney vacation.
• Reminder Services: If you need to be reminded about show application deadlines, or when a particular commissioned piece has to be completed and shipped, I can help keep you on schedule.
• General Business Support: I can list myriad skills to help support you: keeping your portfolio up-to-date, making phone calls to galleries or clients, or tracking shipments. Let's take it off of your plate and put it on mine instead.
• Control: I'm a control freak. Working together, I can worry about the details so you don't have to.
