One of the keys to networking is following up after making a new contact. As you meet new people who express interest in your art, get their mailing address and be sure to write to them. And you can do it with your own artwork. A graphic designer or commercial printer can easily take one of your images and have note cards printed for you. Or visit Modern Postcard and have postcards made up. Imagine the impression you can make by sending a hand-written “it was nice to meet you” along with a picture of your work.
